Meet Angela
Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of helping women care for themselves and others with God's guidance and words of wisdom. Becoming a Wellness Coach fell into place for me. I wanted to do more as I reached a pivotal point in life preparing for retirement and grandchildren, not to mention trying to age gracefully. I say all of this with excitement and enthusiasm. As your Majesty Life Wellness Coach, I am in your corner offering you a safe space. Led by God, I will help you stay on top of your game, by keeping an eye on the bigger picture as you understand how to navigate this journey over time. Together we will work on which techniques and practices support your health and aspirations.​

Wellness is a daily choice to practice healthy spiritual, physical, and mental habits. The only failure is if we never start or continue getting better. I believe and live by faith in God to achieve wellness. If you are serious and unafraid to face hard questions or put in the work, then let’s do more than survive. Let’s thrive!
My foundation comes from an African-American cultural life experience. Our Culture is key to understanding what embodies who we are from ideas, qualities, feelings, and experiences. Being an African-American woman shapes my past, present, and future in ways that other American women's cultures will never. Just as with sports, a good coach builds comradery with their players. In the same way, having commonalities with clients increases my coaching success. No matter the class, religion, or profession, our stories echo from woman to woman. As we fearlessly face the new version of ourselves, remember the opportunity to grow from our past is tomorrow's purpose. If there's an area you need help in that is beyond my scope of coaching, I have referrals to professionals who can assist you. Your well-being will always be my only concern on this journey.
